1. Introduction
This Privacy Policy explains how Valinor Labs ("we", "our", or "us") handles information in connection with the ChiroFit app ("App") for iPhone.
ChiroFit needs no account and no sign-up. We do not operate servers for the App, and the App contains no analytics, advertising or tracking tools. Your data stays on your device, and we have no access to it.

3. Data Stored on Your Device
3.1 Your Answers
Optional first name, year of birth, whether images should show a woman or a man, the body areas you choose, how stiff they feel and how long, how much this restricts you, everyday situations, what helps you, activity level, goals, equipment, exercise preferences and possible positions.

3.2 Your Training Data
Daily plans, completed sessions, feedback on exercises, morning check answers (how you feel, stiffness), mobility check results, streaks, your own routines, reminder times and player settings. The App also stores a random installation ID, used only on your device to vary your plan, and the date you confirmed the usage notice.

Some of these answers can say something about your physical well-being. They are stored only on your device and are not transmitted to us.
4. Apple Health
If you switch this on and grant permission, the App saves your completed sessions to Apple Health as workouts of the type "Flexibility", with start and end time. The App does not read any data from Apple Health. This is optional, and you can withdraw permission at any time in the settings of your iPhone.
5. Reminders
Reminders are scheduled locally on your device if you allow notifications. No push service and no server of ours is involved. You can change or switch them off in the App or in the settings of your iPhone.
6. Subscription
Purchases are processed entirely by Apple through the App Store. We do not receive your payment details or your identity. The App only checks with Apple whether a subscription is active. 7. Purpose and Legal Basis
The data is used solely to provide the App's functions, in particular to create and adapt your plan and to show your progress (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). Apple Health and notifications are used only with your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR; where health-related data is concerned, Art. 9(2)(a) GDPR), which you can withdraw at any time in the settings of your iPhone.
8. Storage, Backups and Security
App data is stored in the App's protected storage area on your device. If you use iCloud Backup or back up your iPhone to a computer, this data may be included in that backup, under your control and governed by Apple's terms. We have no access to these backups.
9. Data Sharing
We do not sell or share your personal data. A file leaves the App only if you use "Export data" yourself and choose where to send it.
10. Retention and Deletion
Data is kept until you delete it. Use "Delete all data" in your profile, or delete the App. Deleting data does not cancel a subscription; you manage it in your Apple ID settings.
11. Your Rights (GDPR)
You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection, and the right to withdraw consent. As we hold no data about you in the App, you can exercise most of these rights directly in the App: change your answers, export your data as a file or delete it. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority.
12. Children and Young People
The App is intended for people aged 14 and over. Users under 16 should only use it with the consent of a parent or guardian.
13. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy, for example when App features change. The current version is always available on this page.
