These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the ChiroFit app ("App") for iPhone, provided by Valinor Labs ("we", "our", or "us"). By using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
2. The App
ChiroFit offers general movement and stretching exercises for fitness and well-being. It puts together a daily plan based on your answers and feedback, and lets you start ready-made routines and build your own. The App is intended for people aged 14 and over.
3. Subscription

The daily plan and the routine builder require a subscription. The starting questions, your progress and one routine remain available without a subscription.

3.2 Price and Free Trial
The subscription currently costs EUR 4.99 per month in Germany and may include a 7-day free trial for eligible users. The binding price and conditions for your country are shown in the App and the App Store before purchase. Payment is charged to your Apple ID.

3.3 Renewal and Cancellation
The subscription renews automatically for one month unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage and cancel it at any time in your Apple ID settings. Deleting the App does not cancel the subscription.

The subscription is tied to your Apple ID. You can restore it on your devices with "Restore purchases" in the App.

5. Health and Safety Notice
ChiroFit is not a medical device and does not replace medical advice, examination or treatment. It offers no diagnosis and no therapy. The exercises are not tailored to your personal health, any injuries or your medical history, even though your plan adapts to your answers.
Talk to a doctor before training if you have pain, discomfort, an illness or an injury, are pregnant or have recently had surgery. Only move within a range that feels good, and stop immediately if you feel dizzy, short of breath or uncomfortable in any way.
You use the App and do the exercises at your own risk, subject to Section 10.
6. License
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes on Apple devices you own or control.
7. Acceptable Use
You may not reverse engineer the App, use it unlawfully, redistribute it or its content, or circumvent its technical limits or subscription mechanisms.
8. Intellectual Property
All content in the App, including texts, images, videos, exercise descriptions and design, belongs to us or our licensors and is protected by copyright. Routines you build yourself remain yours to use.
9. Availability
We work to keep the App reliable but do not guarantee that it is free of errors or always available. Content and features may change.
10. Liability
We are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence and for injury to life, body or health, as well as under mandatory statutory provisions. For slight negligence we are liable only for breach of essential contractual obligations, limited to the foreseeable, typical damage. Otherwise liability is excluded.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be announced in advance where reasonably possible. The current version is always available on this page.
12. Termination
You may stop using the App at any time by deleting it and cancelling your subscription. We may suspend access if you materially breach these Terms.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. Mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence remain unaffected.
