1. Introduction
These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the GymViz app ("App") for iPhone and Apple Watch, provided by Nader Grebe ("we", "our", or "us"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
2. The App
GymViz is a workout tracking app that lets you build custom workouts and exercises, log sets and reps, follow your training in real time on iPhone and Apple Watch, and review your training history and progress. The App offers core functionality for free and additional features through an optional paid subscription called GymViz Pro.
3. GymViz Pro Subscription
3.1 Subscription Model
GymViz Pro is offered as an auto-renewable subscription in three plans: monthly, half-yearly, and yearly. Once purchased, the subscription automatically renews at the end of each billing period unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
3.2 Free Trial
New subscribers may be eligible for a 7-day free trial of GymViz Pro. The trial is available on the monthly, half-yearly, and yearly plan. During the trial period, you have full access to all Pro features at no cost. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, the subscription will automatically convert into a paid auto-renewable subscription at the price of the plan you selected, and the regular subscription fee will be charged to your Apple ID.
If you have already used a free trial for GymViz Pro in the past, you may not be eligible for another one. Eligibility is determined by Apple.
3.3 Pricing and Payment
The current subscription prices are displayed in the App before purchase. Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase and at the start of each renewal period. Prices may vary by country and are subject to change. Any price changes will be communicated in advance and will require your consent where legally required.
3.4 Auto-Renewal
Your subscription renews automatically at the same price and duration unless auto-renewal is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your Apple ID will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
3.5 Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription or manage auto-renewal at any time through your Apple ID account settings:

Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You will continue to have access to Pro features until then. No partial refunds are issued for the unused portion of a subscription period, except where required by applicable law.
If you cancel during the 7-day free trial at least 24 hours before it ends, you will not be charged.
3.6 Refunds
All subscription purchases are processed by Apple. Refund requests are handled exclusively by Apple in accordance with Apple's refund policy. Please contact Apple Support at https://support.apple.com to request a refund.
4. Apple Standard EULA
The App is distributed via the Apple App Store. In addition to these Terms, your use of the App is subject to Apple's standard End User License Agreement ("Apple EULA"), available at:
In the event of any conflict between these Terms and the Apple EULA, the more restrictive terms shall prevail with respect to your use of the App.
5. Health and Safety Disclaimer
GymViz is not a substitute for professional fitness coaching, medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
The App provides general workout tracking and exercise content for informational and personal fitness purposes only. The exercises, workouts, and instructions shown or logged in the App are not personalized to your individual physical condition, fitness level, injuries, or medical history.
Before beginning any strength training, cardio, or exercise program, you should:
Consult a qualified physician or healthcare provider, especially if you are pregnant, have any pre-existing medical conditions, injuries, or concerns about your health.
Consider working with a certified fitness trainer who can observe your form and provide personalized guidance, particularly when lifting weights or performing complex movements.
Listen to your body and stop immediately if you experience pain, dizziness, shortness of breath, or any other discomfort.
You use the App and perform any exercises shown within or logged through it entirely at your own risk. We are not responsible for any injuries, health issues, or damages that may result from your use of the App or performance of any exercises.
6. License
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for your personal, non-commercial use on Apple devices that you own or control, in accordance with these Terms and the Apple EULA.
7. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the App
Use the App for any unlawful purpose
Resell, redistribute, or sublicense the App or any of its content
Circumvent any technical limitations or subscription mechanisms
8. Intellectual Property
All content within the App — including text, graphics, illustrations, exercise descriptions, muscle map data, default workouts, and the App's design — is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. The GymViz Pro subscription grants you access to additional content but does not transfer any ownership rights.
Custom workouts, custom exercises, training logs, notes, and any photos you add yourself remain entirely yours.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
The App is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or uninterrupted availability. We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free or meet your specific requirements.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the App, including but not limited to personal injury, loss of data, or loss of profits.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, including liability for intentional misconduct or gross negligence, or for personal injury caused by our negligence.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be made available within the App and on our website. Material changes will be communicated in advance where reasonably possible. Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
12. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the App or to GymViz Pro if you materially breach these Terms. You may stop using the App at any time by deleting it from your device. Cancellation of your subscription is handled through your Apple ID as described in Section 3.5.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence remain unaffected.
